Approach ban & Flex/Derated Thrust

Un paio di domande per chi ha voglia e tempo di rispondere:

1. Che significa “Approach ban” ?

2. Che differenza c’è tra FLEX THRUST e DERATED THRUST take off (su Airbus)?
Flex Thrust is not allowed with runway contaminated but operators, to save the engine life, can use Derated Thrust. The main difference between FLEX and DERATED is that in the case of flexible thrust it is allowed to recover maximum thrust (TOGA), whereas it is not allowed to recover maximum thrust at low speeds (as long as the a/c is below flaps retraction speed) in case of Derated thrust.

Ok, ma in termini pratici, come faccio ad effettuare un decollo in derated thrust su Airbus?
