If applicant does not have FI rating, it is compulsory to do a licence conversion first.

Side Info:
The money and time cost need for DCA M'sia licence conversion is approximate US$20K (RM70K) [view thread <- right click].

Let me calculate roughly:
1. RM60K for M.E. flying
2. RM10K for medical, tough UKCAA & DCA papers and flight test for conversion.

Your accommodation, food, travelling, miscellenous fees are all "unescape" expenses.
