Wiley Yes I can confirm that. Remember I am talking about FANS/ADS/CPDLC aircraft. Of course if you don't have this then there is no way of knowing (and I would prefer not to know). In radar coverage you have 3nm either side of the waypoint to be considered passing over they waypoint.
