briefings

Hi, Im a Fsm with virgin. Firstly congratulations on joining virgin .

The briefings are nothing to worry about, its the same kind of format really. Firstly the fsm introduces themselves, and the css's. Then informs all the crew of pax load, vip,s , any special medical customers, aircraft type, specification etc. And sets out the service standards of what he/she would like. The sep department every month sets a briefing scenario, with questions relating to sep or avmed. You as crew find out upto 4 weeks in advance of what the next scenario will be and where and what to read up on. You will be asked one question which could have more than one answer. If youre not sure they will rephrase it for you. The css then carry out there briefings and confirm service standards in each cabin. Finally the fsm will sum everything up and bring things to a close. Hopefully in this time the flight crew will have introduced themselves. The briefing lasts approx 20 mins . Hope you enjoy flying with us.
