What did you expect? There is no punishment for mismanagement...
there were clear cases of tax fraud and document falsification. Somehow the judge decided that although the crime was established it should not be punished... (this was not the core of the argument but that doesn't change anything). I was not expecting jail time but
complete absolution is just amazing in my view.
