I certainly prefer the old J product - being able to travel as a couple, read a broadsheet, look out of the window are all far more important to me than having a seat that goes absolutely flat.
Was it the same people who stuffed this up that messed up the regional business so badly that the rollout was halted halfway? If so, why do they still have a job?
