Well stated fluffyfan

I think DJ and his cronies have finally lost the plot completely, the mass hysteria of incompetent top management is spreading like an infectious virus, which can only be contained through invasive surgery, i.e. cutting out this cancer with a deft incision.

The solution, so as to reach the unrealistic targets they've set themselves is to close down the "second oldest" airline in the world. The 744 fleet will be grounded soon, so why not ground the 737's, 340's and 319's. Then the company can focus on running their core businesses: HR, Finance, Law and Marketing.

Or, admit failure and recoup what's left of the company by relieving themselves of current duty and finding competent, knowledgeable management as a replacement.

The only people in management who actually have the exprience to run this airline (and the required aviation knowledge) are the chief pilot and VP flight ops. But they are being dragged down by clueless top management. ....retrench 225 pilots? Now that's funny.

Emirates must be smiling....
