I did the test about 1 year ago.
Started with interview and technical test with Base Pilot and Deputy Base Pilot, takes about 45min. If you are rated on the A320, they will test you on that, otherwise on the last or biggest type.
After that another interview, with Human Resources, takes about 30min.
I dont know if they have changed the test since that.
