Even though they´re over staffed on the Fokker they´re still inviting people for interviews.
The pay is 2200 gross until you have 300 hours on type. After that it will go to 2880 gross. But it will take a while before you have 300 on type because the Fokker guys are currently only flying some 50 hours each month with lots of unpaid! standbys.

The management claimed that at least the Fokker people would be flying 5 on 3 schedules from the end of July, but they are still on some quit irregular patterns (so are we on the Boeing).
My advise is if you can find a better deal to the west go for it because you will not get happy here in Riga (or Vilnius).
Almost all people come in with a lot of enthousiasm and energy but everybody is disillusioned 6 months down the road, by the time they´ve bene in the company for a year they´re ready to kill themselves.
