EasyJet is to close its Luton call centre
Haven't they just relocated this into the big Orange hangar (H89) and awarded an IT contract? I suspect the call centre workers were sick of all the leaks in the roof and the queues at the access door anyhow. Unfortunately a sign of the times.....
The call centre was the only department not to move to H89. That decision makes a lot more sense now.
Due to an increase in the expected number of crew training, easyLand will be converted into six classrooms for training new pilots and cabin crew. The Academy is expected to be at full capacity from January.
