Thanks for the replies folks. I have a minor paperwork issue to wait to be sorted, followed by the time it will take the CAA to issue the licence. So I am looking forward to having to take a check ride before taking my first passenger. Great!!!

By the way, "helicopters"? Nice idea and great fun, if anyone has any ideas how I can persuade the missus to let me spend that sort of money do let me know. And if is anyone if brave enough to suggest the idea to her (I'm not) then all volunteers please step forwards!
