Hi all, I'm in the same kind of position as that shown above.
Im 15, and just starting my second year of GCSEs. After having my heart set on being an RAF pilot since I can remember, I've found out that any history or Asthma will exclude you completely. However, although it is on my medical notes as asthma, my parents are sure that it was not, but just an allergy. The last time it troubled me was when I was about 4 - and when I (hopefully) come to join up after Uni, I will have been clear of the (supposed) asthma for 20 years.
Have I got a chance of becoming aircrew?
