But just to think, in a few months we will be sat in Dubai!! Its worth the wait...

Well, not correct. 30k applicants per month (correct me if wrong), they have a hard job.
They look for:
Candidates must:
-be well groomed
-warm, bubbly personality
-confident
-customer service exp if any
-Any extra assets (languages,experience but it all depends)
-nice welcoming personality and smile
-hard working, with commitments (last thing they want is going through all trouble recruiting,grooming,medicals,training and 3 months in probation, you decide I wana go home, its rubbish!!
so therefore as said before 'Either you'll love it or hate it' .I know I will love this job, its my ultimate ambition.
-and if you meet all requirements
-If you can pass their Assesments, then your theirs!!
