Once you get Permanent Residence, you'll get CPF, around 400 dollars from the company, it seems a bit low, but I haven't looked at it in a while. Nothing else. All contracts are on local terms. Working on 13000 is a good ball park figure, sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less.
As Dani pointed out, you can get decent place to live if you're prepared to look outside the East Coast, I was just giving a general response. Check the other operators you'll probably find a better package.
