something will have to be done to stem experienced guys from filtering to Jet and Kingfisher in europe, rather sooner than later!!! payrise will probably be as elusive as the overtime pay structure...just remember RH you may need us more than ever with Gulf Air guys pondering their decision to come to EY or stay with Gulf Air, just make overtime pay monthly and all will be forgiven!! if not you may find lots of fatigued guys on your hands!!!
