Just to clarify Vercing the gratuity and the bonus is a contracted minimum of one month for each per year. So it is now a promise not a whim. To be honest we have never relied on Europeans to staff the Centre anyway, it has always been Antipodeans and Yarpees, and the odd Canuck, and so this should be very attractive to those nationalities. To be honest though, the longer we are struggling for staff here the more upward pressure there is on salaries so maybe people not coming here is a good thing.
