Completely agree with you MITB.
No different from bank staff who save thousands on their mortgages.
Considering the unsocial hours, responsibility and amount of
they have to put up with from SLF, as well as wages much less than your Tesco's checkout operator then giving them a few cheap flights is a pretty good way to reward them IMHO.
