Serco's gonna have to do something big or lose the contract, at least in DXB. Bottom line is the new airport. There is so much money going into its development that it will indeed open. The pride of the Emirates Aviation Group and local tourism depends on this. Anyone looking in from the outside will understand very quickly that this requires many, many more bodies.
