DCA are ALSO personally phoning INDIVIDUAL ATCOs who have resigned, asking them WHY......AND....
offering them MORE n MORE n MORE than SERCO are actually paying........(Apart from the fact the $$ AMOUNT $$ SERCO make on EACH ATCO)..............
