im of to OASC soon too, and as fitness instructor ive been preparing many programs for people doing the same
at present the RAF fitness test that you will do on your 4 days will be (to the best of my knowledge:
Shuttle runs or bleep test over 20 meters... level 9.10 for 17-24 yrs
level 8.10 for 25-29 yrs
level 8.03 for 30-34 yrs
press ups (per minute) 13 for 17 -24yrs
12 for 25-20yrs
11 for 30-24 yrs
sit ups (per minute) 35 for 17-24 yrs
31 for 25-29 yrs
27 for 30- 34 yrs
the 1.5 mile run im pretty certin for males is under 12 minutes
