Not to mention the Autorikshaws which charge different amounts for varying nationalities or they simply deny to come to places where they donot want to go.. simple! Unlike say for example Mumbai where a Taxi will be ready to drop you to your neighbours house or a friends house 50 miles away without any problem or chennai and delhi where the friendly auto guys come anywhere but you gotta pay them what they ask you!
