I personally donot think that you'd need any shots to move anywhere in india except the deep rain forests in the east
On the safer side almost every indian is vaccinated for Hepatitis B these days but otherwise i dont think there is need for any other shots
P.S If the "Shots" you meant was something else .. pardon me
