The "damp bit" is just to the west of the runway intersections. See www.ukga.com for a photo. It is right in the middle of the runway - whuch is pretty wide! If you have concerns, I would suggest landing to one side or the other.
I don't know the take-off and landing distances for your Beagle Pup, but to be frank we have never had a day where the runway has ben unuseable due to the wet, unlike many airfields down south. Perhaps that is because the 200m of the western end is always dry and is all that most of the aircraft here need.

Looking at the long TAF, we may have a 100ft cloudbase.
