I thought I was a bit of a dab hand in shoveling bits and pieces around a computer
And you have never found the following?
Select text,
Ctrl + C = copy
Ctrl + V = paste
Or Select text, right click, then Copy. Right click then Paste.
Or Select text, drag and drop to message pane.
That is if you are using Windows. No idea what a MAC user would do!
