They knew that housing allowance was not covering the cost.
They knew we had to put so much from our salaries to just pay the schooling.
They knew our base was lower than the market standard.
They knew guys with 20 years loyalty to Gulf Air were not being appreciated.
And they knew they could give this package 6 months ago.
They always know it. It happens here and everywhere. Many on their own uselessness, many others because they just don't care or just don't know what to do and few who really know what they are doing, and when they do they are fired
because they are doing their job
. They only change when there is no other way (out)...
