Powerline inspection info

I'm operating in remote central Africa doing mainly charter work. I am keen to offer BASIC poweline inspection (visual) for the power network company here.
I've looked on the net but can't find any info on the flying methods and how it helps utility save money & time.
I'm currently using a B206 and R44 for charter stuff, could a 44 do this type work?
Any of your experiences would be much appreciated!
