It goes to highlight the inadequacies of past management, cutting off the annual increment and not addressing Housing, Schooling etc.
All it has done has caused alot of resentment and unhappiness and forced alot of good drivers to leave.
The package is good and goes some way to getting the pilots back onside.
I only hope the board can get the basics right and define what product they wish to bring to the market.
