The Arrow is always fun to glide, even more so the Seneca - a 2000fpm descent at idle to maintain speed isn't fun! Make sure you get that nailed though as it can be difficult at Southend 0 I found it so anyway.
Did you fly today as in Monday? It was FEW004 when I was there at 8am! lol
