Of course it's about crewing.

Interesting conversation with someone the other day. I believe he made a good point in that the Government here in Hong Kong would not be in a great hurry to enact real legislation(i.e. legislation with 'teeth' as he described it). This would take control away from the companies in that they would not be able to make people retire when THEY want (the companies that is). Couldn't possibly have powerfull legislation that would take control (or the ability to control) away from big business - surely??

So if legislation was introduced, it will probably be pretty weak - maybe even voluntary and easily contracted out of. Unless I have not been keeping up, I have not heard of any legislation in the pipeline. It may take years to enact. No hurry to rush to sign up for 65.

Of course it's about crewing.
