If this rumour is indeed fact then someone in the office has to go.One CSM not being able to cope is a fact of life but 2 within such a short time span is purely bad management.This is both in terms of recruitment and training and someone should be held accountable.
If we messed up like this we would be hauled in on a clause 11.
WHO recommended these two candidates and signed their appliocation forms and WHO was in charge of the training and signed off on their course?
Were these 2 junior and how long had they been supervisors?
