BD,

The short answer is the STAR has not changed recently. I assume you are talking about large jets (and not light acft inbound to EN :-)). Sometimes acft are vectored for spacing (adds a couple of track miles) in this area and 0700 is actually the start of our morning gaggle so it could be that. A contributing factor is that MAESTRO (flow system) has a little trouble in high wind conditions. We sometimes find a whole gaggle may run that all acft from a certain direction (ie NE) need to be stretched.
