I've just checked, and in July 2006 MK had 13 flights to Manston, compared to 2 in July 2007.
The figures show that the introduction of services by EgyptAir and Cargolux has had a big impact on throughput.
BTW, the Infratil report also said "...and Kent’s attraction of a number of new carriers bodes well for the future."
