Bravo 2-0: pass killed when he exited the a/c in Bahrain, to collect a bag from the forward hold of the F27 he walked under the wing straight into a still rotating l/h prop and was killed.
Was it / is it common practice to plane/deplane with the engine running? Sounds like a formula for disaster.
