Seems a bit drastic to self sponsor a TR with your experience. Lots of people moving on recently from my lot (ATRs) to jet operators. You could even look into a DEC position on something like the 146? You'd even be eligible to apply for DEC position on the A320 at Aer Lingus' new Belfast Base. Don't mention the war
