You can not cover every dumb with a logic without making the system to complex.
Complexity is (IMHO) the biggest enemy of failsafe.
You accuse some people >>not to thing outside of their education and "business as usual"<<, but do you?
You pick up one "fault"(?) and want to correct it. But donīt you thing that AB didnīt thing about this?
This kind of logic (one TL far idle) is an additional protection not to get Groundspoiler in AIR.
Groudspoiler inhibition in Air without any exception is (IMHO) more important than getting them on ground under all circumstances.
