I am an ex PremiAir police pilot.
Never been in the services.
The job not only demands certain skills and experience, but also personality/character. If you/your friend had
all of the above, believe me, PremiAir would be knocking on the door.
I've met and flown with some great pilots from
both sides and, as in most professions, crossed paths with some real prats too.
