Luton now equals low cost, both in terms of investment and facilities, but that is what its airline customers want.
Anyone asked the fare and airport fee paying passengers what they want?
Probably swift customs and immigration on arrival and less queuing prior to departure?
I would rather a £2 fee for this, than the new easyJet hold baggage fee!
