AAR was also withdrawn but in conjuction with RTSA, a sevice Deviation was released to give the Force Commander the operational flexibility to specifically authorize AAR sorties where overriding operational requirements exist."
Question. Why was AAR withdrawn
Answer . It is not deemed to be safe
Question . As AAR is considered not safe can the Groundcrew stop the ac from flying
Answer . NO the Force Commander has the operational flexibility to specifically authorize AAR sorties where overriding operational requirements exist.
