Sir Freddie gave Sir Richard a lot of help in setting up Virgin. One bit of advice which is mentioned in Sir R's autobiography was to get regualr health checks, especially a prostate check. Sir F's advice included that when you were standing there with the doctor's finger up your bum, make sure he didn't have both hands on your shoulders!
