ORK cabin crew
There is no reason why ORK based crew cannot operate the 321. They have done so in the past. The 321 overnighting in LHR operating between ORK will be crewed by ORK crew as LHR base does not have the numbers anymore. A 321 going tech will cause the same problems anywhere it is used, no different in ORK.
