Does anyone know where the slot currently used by A321 used by EI713/4 on LHR-ORK is going to next summer?
I'd guess thats one of the slots thats being leased to Continental together with three Dublin rotations. Alternatively they could use it to provide a token service to Shannon to quiten the critics.
If the Government block the lease to Continental (they have to agree if EI want to sell or lease any slots) things could turn out differently. They could reinstate the fifth daily service to Cork. The 5th flight for this summer was only announced in October so I wouldn't rule it out yet.
