fish Oil on troubled water

The Irish Examiner report today that there is an adjustment of the Cork Heathrow timetable with an earlier flight from Heathrow and four rotations a day on the route. It is perfect to pick up long haul and has flights nicely spread out over the 24 hours.

The Irish Examiner reports the following today -

Its new early-morning flight will operate Mondays to Saturdays and was available to book on the airline’s website yesterday from April 1, 2008.

The flight will leave London at 6.40am and touch down in Cork at 8am. Until now, the earliest Aer Lingus flight from Heathrow in to Cork was 11am.

I think it's wonderful. Problem solved. The much referred to businesses that are all leaving Shannon because of the move of flights can now relax. They have a better connection to Heathrow and they can drive down here to the larger centre of population. Better still, they are able to us, as many of us have had to do in a reverse direction, comfortable bus services laid on by Bus Eireann and Citylink. Aircoach cannot be too far behind.

I am not sure what the two letter abbreviations are for these operators which some who use this website are wedded to. Better not call them BE, CL or AC as they have all been bagged.
