HIAL or HIA or Hiya, have reduced the CAT from 6 to 4 at Sumburgh as of 01 August. Rumour has it that the people at Scatsta are now having to pay extension fee's daily to have Sumburgh at Cat 6 so that they can still have a viable operation at Scatsta. So maybe Hial haven't lost out yet? Better to be paid something for doing nothing?
Does this mean that Scatsta is not workable without a fully operational Sumburgh??
