Read on this thread that 3 may not possibly be it. Read through and maybe ring HR and ask if it is, or have they already said?
Crappy luck though sugar, couple of key words?!

Got my stage two on the 14th, when the interview's over Im gonna stand up and recite every positive adjective in my vocabulary just in case, or maybe then they'll think Im nuts? What d'ya think? Wish me luck please.
