The chances that both those thrust lever angle sensors were working perfectly throughout the aircraft's history, up to that point of touchdown, and then both simultaneously failed with exactly the same incorrect reading, without giving any sign of failure, are so small that I don't imagine people could give it much credence, unless something else turns up that indicates that this was the case. The chances that people leave the thrust lever up by mistake are much higher. After all, we already have two previous instances of that.
