I've got 'em and love 'em. As others have indicated, turning on the ANR always brings a smile to my face. It's amazing how the noise just fades away. Importantly, however, you DO hear all the sounds of the airplane, so you don't fly in a 'cotton bowl'. Passive attenuation isn't great, but they have obviously been designed that way.
