Get yourself an alarm for your room as well,to wake up for your training lessons and then your flights! It's not easy waking up in the dead of the morning to get dressed for work.
You cannot be late for work at this type of job.... I even have a small alarm I pack in my suitcase for layovers,because sometimes they forget or accidentally skip you when the wake up calls are made. At the end of the day it is all your own responsibility.
