Need cheap hour building....
..don't we all! I know BCT Aviation at Kemble used to do a cheap deal on Cessna 150 hours; IIRC it was something like £2000 for 50 hrs, giving a very cheap rate of 40 pph; but I don't know if they still do that.
I suspect for that kind of money an old C-150 or similar is all you'll get; although I stand by to be proven wrong hopefully - cheaper hourbuilding is always good!
Incidentally I'm doing my hours right now; at Old Sarum, and with a combination of using the frequent flyer hours scheme and mixing Supercub/Warrior/Arrow flights, my total hours works out on average something like 90 pph.
