Well I'm probably guilty of uttering the "standard statement"...(looking for it on my matrix
) but while it could be a reasonable atitude..(why hang around and make yourself miserable) it also brings to light an underlying attitude failure present at most carriers here that is coming back to haunt them as we speak...
