Hi Teen. The Travel and Tourism course is a good way of passing a year or two until you are old enough to apply to be cabin crew. The best thing you can do though is get some customer service experience, whether it's in a bar, shop etc, as that's what you'll be asked questions on at the interview. You'll be asked to give examples of various aspects of customer service you've given. Crew come from all different backgrounds. Some have degrees, some have worked in a shop, others have had part time jobs in coffee shops. You'll find the experience of working with the public invaluable when it comes to giving examples of various situations.
